Term
This agreement remains in effect while you use MaaBooking services. We may terminate your access at any time without notice.
Vendor Reviews
Customer reviews are vital for both Vendors and Maabookings platform. False reviews can be reported to Easy Minds Services Pvt. Ltd. for verification at the provided contact details.
User Disputes
Users are responsible for their interactions with others on MaaBooking. We are not responsible and liable for any damages and disputes between users.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made securely via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, and Google Pay.
Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content from MaaBooking.
Event Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the booking date to avoid any penalties. Cancellations made with shorter notice may incur charges.
Disclaimer
MaaBooking services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any liability and damages arising from the use of our services.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for MaaBooking services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Easy Minds Services Pvt. Ltd. against any claims, actions,damages etc., arising from your use of MaaBooking..
Disputes
Any disputes will be governed by Indian laws, subject to Arbitration and Conciliation Act,Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Maa Booking platform, and Arbitration proceedings to be conducted in Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, Telangana State..
Waiver
Failure to enforce any terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Severability
If any term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
Statute of Limitations
